Having completed a personal Passive Certified house of which we designed and built from scratch we can now offer our own package based on real time experience, real time hands on and construction knowledge.
Full Construction Detailing services for your own self build project are a must. Your Architect may offer this service or may not, either way we can fill this role for you. Also for Building contractors we can consult directly with your projects for correct detailing and direction. It’s important in low energy new builds’ or retrofits to set out strategies right from the start. From heat demand to air tightness lines, all these are critical. The investment is worthwhile beforehand. Before we put a spade in the ground we had 45 highly detailed A3 drawings showing air tight lines, cold bridge detailing, interfaces, product specs and U Values. All works come together to form a single working low energy home, futureproofed and continuous low cost energy efficient home.
